Mar. 5- Playing piano

Definitely a girl after my own heart. I really hope that she continues to love music. Doesn't she look so happy and proud with Papa?

Today she was also practicing her bear crawl. For some reason she decided that it was really funny that she could get around like that.

Mar. 4- Building with Papa

We got to go visit Grandma and Papa this weekend. Elise has such a good time there.
Here she is stacking blocks with Papa (Bob's dad).

"Oh no, blocks fall down."

They were also building/stacking and seeing if they could blow them over. (They are very light foam blocks, so it was pretty easy and entertaining to Elise.)

We talked about this over the weekend, and saying 21 months sounds kind of silly. So I am pretty sure we will just stick to almost 2, or 'she'll be 2 in June.' It is hard to believe that her birthday is only a few months away. I know it will go quickly. March is already getting away from us, and May always goes quickly. I know, I am not forgetting about April, but right now there isn't anything concrete that I can think of that we are doing.

Mar. 1- "I see you"

Elise's new thing is to run to the other side of the love seat, lay down on the floor, look under the couch, and proclaim..."I see you!"

Feb. 28 Puzzle on the floor

Elise got this puzzle for Christmas. She doesn't ever really try to put it together, but this is what she does. She gathers the pieces that she can find in the family room and walks them into the kitchen then dumps them on the floor. I still haven't figured out what she is doing.
